Ryan and Jane was looking to upgrade and purchased Parc Life EC at Sembawang, as it allows them to continue to stay at their current HDB until their new home is ready. As their EC is nearing TOP, they will need start selling their current HDB. Timeline has to be planned to ensure a smooth transition for them to move out from their current HDB and into their new home after it is ready.
